At A-OK Power Equipment, we understand the urgency and convenience of picking up your purchases quickly. That's why we offer an in-store pickup option to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible.
How It Works:
1. Choose Store Pickup: Select Store Pickup during checkout.
2. Estimated Pickup Date: We'll provide an estimated pickup date.
3. Order Confirmation: Place your order and use the Contact Us page or the chat option on our website to let us know that you will pick up your order.
4. Schedule Pickup: Use the chat option on our website to schedule your pickup time.
5. Pick Up Your Items: Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to our warehouse at the address below to pick up your items:

6. Pickup Window: We’ll hold your items for 5 days. If you can't pick them up within this period, we’ll cancel the order and refund your payment method. Check your order details for extended pickup options if needed.

What to Bring:
Your government-issued photo ID.
The credit card used for the purchase (if applicable).
Your order number.
At the Warehouse:
Find the Pickup Area: Look for the Order Pickup sign or ask a warehouse associate for directions.
Who Can Pick Up Your Order:
Self or Delegate: You can pick up the order yourself or designate someone else during checkout. They will need to provide their ID and the order number.
Change Pickup Person: To change the designated pickup person, go to your order details and select "Make Changes."
Ship to Warehouse:
Availability: Some items can be shipped to our warehouse from our other locations for free, typically arriving within 3 to 7 business days.
Exclusions: This option excludes certain items which may not be immediately available for pickup.
For Warehouse Pickup, Bring:
Your government-issued photo ID matching the order name or the authorized pickup person's name.
Your order number.
Any materials necessary to securely transport your purchase.
Price Match Guarantee:
If your item is offered at a lower price in-store or on our website when you pick it up, you may request a price match. Some exclusions apply.
Changing or Canceling Store Pickup:
Change to Store Pickup: Let us know within 30 minutes if you want to switch from shipping to store pickup.
Change to Shipping: Let us know within 5 days if you want to switch from store pickup to shipping.
Cancel Order: You can cancel a Store Pickup order at any time.
Unclaimed Items: We’ll hold items for 5 days before automatically canceling the order. Check your order details for extended pickup options if needed.
Additional Information:
No Charge: Store Pickup is free of charge.
Large Items: Consider the size of your vehicle when picking up large items like chainsaws, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
Payment Methods: Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup.
