A-OK Power Equipment – Exchange & Return Policy

45-Day Return Window

You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
  • Return Authorization (RMA): Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to an A-OK error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll provide a prepaid label at no cost.
    • For other returns, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct $4.99 (or the actual return shipping cost) from your refund.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: Used or installed items are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original price.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for new, unused items. If the item is defective, we’ll replace it with the same product. For other exchanges, you may select another item of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gas-Powered Equipment: Any product that has had gas run through it cannot be returned or exchanged. These items must go through the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us immediately and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a prepaid return label and dispatch a replacement right away once the return is in transit.
  • Faulty Items (Warranty): Items that cannot be returned due to condition will be handled through the warranty service. If a refund is eligible and initiated within 45 days, we’ll process it once we are reimbursed by the warranty service.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request an RMA: Email or call us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package Securely: Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Clearly mark your RMA number on or inside the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Use the provided return label or your own trackable service.
  4. Refund: After inspection, we’ll email you the approval status and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.
