Exchange/Return Policy
45-Day Return Window
You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Product Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Authorization: Before sending any items back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service team. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent). In such cases, A-Ok Power Equipment will cover the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless it's our mistake.
- Restocking Fee: Any used products that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original price of the product.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are allowed if the item is in new condition. You can exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value if available, or for the same item if an exchange is needed due to a defect.
Non-returnable Items
Gas-Powered Equipment: Products that have had gas run through them cannot be returned or exchanged. These items must go through the warranty process as outlined in our warranty terms.
Used or Faulty Items
- Used Items: Used items can be returned within the 45-day window but are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Faulty Items: Faulty items that cannot be returned due to their condition must be processed through our warranty service. If the warranty claim is initiated within 45 days of purchase and the item is eligible for a full refund, the refund will be processed once we are reimbursed by the warranty service.
Items Damaged in Transport
If you receive an item that has been damaged during transport, A-Ok Power Equipment will promptly replace the item and provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged product. Here’s what to do if your item arrives damaged:
- Report Immediately: Contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering the damage.
- Documentation: Take photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Return Label: We will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please repackage the damaged item in its original packaging and attach the label to the package.
- Shipping the Damaged Item: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier’s location.
- Replacement Dispatch: Once we have confirmation that the damaged item has been shipped back to us, we will dispatch a replacement to you immediately.
How to Return Your Item
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team to request an RMA number. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package or included inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
